Stephanie Fletcher CPA
My name is Stephanie Fletcher. I live in the beautiful town of Ozark, MO with my super supportive husband, John, and our children. We have six amazing children – mostly moved out, three still at home - and one beautiful grandson! I am a member of Crossway Baptist Church in Springfield and love volunteering in various ways to serve others and God. I value my family and my faith above all else. These values determine how I live and run my business. I do this for my family – not only to provide for them, but so that hard work is modeled for my children. They often get roped into helping where they can! I also want them to see that you can use any skills – even those as an accountant! - to serve others and the Lord.
Don't worry, I have professional qualifications, too! :) I've had my CPA license since 2007, I graduated from Missouri State University with a Masters in Business Administration/Finance in 2005 and graduated from College of the Ozarks with a Bachelors in Accounting in 2004. I've held various corporate finance roles throughout my career, but taxes have always been my passion. Since working for a small CPA firm in Branson while I was in college, I've wanted to have my own small firm. I've been blessed to have my business since 2017 and have an amazing staff and clients all over the world!
And if you wonder where the name "Sassy Tax" came from...you can ask my husband, it was his idea! Don't worry, though, I'm only SASSY when I need to be! :)

LaQuitta Riddick
Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper/Steph's Boss!
LaQuitta lives in Marshfield with her husband Andy. She is a little bossy, but she keeps us ALL in line! ;) She is the most experienced person in the office (other than Stephanie) and can help with almost anything.
Belinda Cole
Bookkeeper
Belinda lives in Sparta with her husband Randy. She has some pretty spoiled grandkids, too! She does the majority of our bookkeeping and has been a part of our team for the longest!
Rebecca Murphy
Office Admin/Chaos Coordinator
If you call the office, Rebecca's likely the first to answer! She manages the front desk and tries to keep us all organized. She lives in Ozark and has an amazing little boy who shows up to spread joy at the office from time to time.
Laramie Blackburn
Office Admin
Laramie lives in Ozark while attending college at OTC - and soon she will move on to Missouri State to get a degree in Occupational Therapy. In the meantime, she's working with us to file, scan and answer the phones, especially during tax season!
Heidi Quezada
Seasonal Tax Preparer
Heidi is the newest to the team. She has a full-time position working as an accountant for a world missions organization, but enjoys doing taxes and is helping out during tax season!
Brennan, Braden, Brianna
Steph's Kids / Family Labor!
These three really do get roped into just about anything from cleaning the office and filing to answering phones on busy weeknights/weekends. Suprisingly...NONE of them want to be accountants! :)
